TORONTO, ONTARIO--ZTEST Electronics Inc., ZTST-CDN, ("ZTEST") is pleased to announce that Mr. Michael Kindy, C.A. has been appointed Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer effective immediately.

Mr. Michael Kindy was a partner in a local public accounting firm from October 1990 until December 1995 when he left that company to operate a financial consulting proprietorship, in conjunction with a part-time public accounting practice, through which a wide variety of financial and income tax services are provided to public corporations, owner-managed operations, proprietorships, trusts and individuals. He also acts as Chief Financial Officer and Director of a public junior resource company.

Management of ZTEST consists of Mr. Wojciech (Ted) Drzazga as President and Director, Mr. William R. Johnstone as Secretary, Mr. Michael Kindy as Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Romuald Pawluczyk as Director, Mr. K. Michael Guerreiro as Director and Mr. Donald G. Nurse as Director.

ZTEST, in addition to its proprietary line of Automatic Test Equipment, offers strategic partner services in electronic design and manufacturing to emerging high tech companies in return for long-term manufacturing contracts together with a combination of fees and equity positions.
